Day 12 on my body by vi challenge


So this morning I woke up feeling great as usual. I am so proud of my self, I am now down 6.2 pounds down. That makes me very happy that I am loosing my weight.

starting week 2 on my shakes

So yes the shakes work, check out the numbers in a week.
Scales don't lie!
I lost 4 pounds in one week with the body by Vi shakes.
1/16/12 My starting weight was 185, chest 43, waist 42.5,hips 48.5 Scroll down and you will see my first pictures.
This morning I am at: Weight 181, chest 41, waist 38, hips 47

My 3 month challenge to Transform my Body with Body By VI

I wanted to start by saying Thank you To my Friend Jimmy Lee for introducing me to body by Vi.
I have to admit I am not one to be trying things for loosing weight. But I keep hearing about all the people loosing weight on Body by Vi just by doing the shakes, so I have decided to give it a try, I watched the video about it and finally I am so pumped up to start it. As you can see by my pictures I am over weight and I am tired of feeling down because of it.
I am 50 years old and I am a sock monkey maker, I sit on my butt a lot so will see what happens from here.
My Goal is to loose 30 lbs
I measured my self a couple of days a go and here is my weigh in.
As of 1-13-12
Weight: 185
Chest: 43
Waist: 42.5
Hips: 48.5
Arms: 15"
Thigh: 24"
Around the Knees: 17.5
