My 3 month challenge to Transform my Body with Body By VI

I wanted to start by saying Thank you To my Friend Jimmy Lee for introducing me to body by Vi.
I have to admit I am not one to be trying things for loosing weight. But I keep hearing about all the people loosing weight on Body by Vi just by doing the shakes, so I have decided to give it a try, I watched the video about it and finally I am so pumped up to start it. As you can see by my pictures I am over weight and I am tired of feeling down because of it.
I am 50 years old and I am a sock monkey maker, I sit on my butt a lot so will see what happens from here.
My Goal is to loose 30 lbs
I measured my self a couple of days a go and here is my weigh in.
As of 1-13-12
Weight: 185
Chest: 43
Waist: 42.5
Hips: 48.5
Arms: 15"
Thigh: 24"
Around the Knees: 17.5

Today I started my challenge.
I feel awesome. I even went for a walk around the mall.
I probably wont do a weigh in again till next Monday, I want to see how much I loose in one whole week.
I am so excites, I know it will be a long Journey but I can do it with my friends help.
